Our return, exchange, and shipping policies on all products.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
GLOSSES:
Exchanges are welcome for another of the same price. For sanitary reasons, returns are accepted ONLY IF UNOPENED (reasons such as shipped the wrong order, defective, etc), and a refund will be issued.
If you are dissatisfied with your products, you have 30 days since you placed your order for a return or exchange.
Once contacted for a return or exchange, we will send you the address to ship to.

That's how we aim to make you feel, whether you're just browsing, already placed your order, or received it in the mail today.
But to ensure we can protect our systems from being abused (so we can stay generous), we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges, returns, or replacements that we deem taking advantage of us at any given time.

SHIPPING
If you're in Canada, please allow for 1-3 days for processing, and then at least two weeks for shipping.
If you're in the United States, please allow 1-3 days for processing, then 4-14 days for shipping.
If you haven't received your order by then, reach out to us at savvyday.shop@gmail.com and we'll help make it right. Just be prepared to give us your order number, and re-confirm your address.

WHO ARE WE?
Hey Gloss Gals! We're Savvy Day Cosmetics.
Confidently built on three pillars: accessibility, affordability, and quality. No matter how much we make, if we can't meet just one of those, we are not successful. These help contribute to our main principle: beauty doesn’t have to be ugly.
But you may be wondering: "How do you ensure this?"
Good question.
Accessibility. We travel in the summer and fall, doing markets around the Seattle area to promote our message because cosmetic consumers deserve to know that they have other options than unsustainable and ultimately, unethical. You don't have to support these huge corporations, so this is where we intervene.
Affordability. We constantly offer sales, coupons, and discounts for our new and returning customers, not only to show appreciation, but that we care. Your purchase goes towards a continuous cycle of support, from us, to you, and from you, to us. Thank you for allowing us to be generous.
Quality. We pride ourselves on being cruelty-free and vegan, thoroughly checking all of our ingredients. We test and test different formulas to make sure we can meet the needs of our customers: a non-sticky, beneficial, high-shine lip gloss, because it's not hard to listen and respond. We have plans to expand our lines much further than just lip gloss; but this is just the start.
We understand being on the other end of each of these statements, so helping set the standard for a better beauty world matters to us.
